Today we had a visit from Toni from the Northamptonshire Sports Partnership who taught us how to play a new game called Boccia. This is a game that is played at the Paralympics where people who have a disability play sports which are adapted for people whose bodies may have a bit different to ours.
We learnt some skills using the Boccis balls and then had a go at playing some games. The balls were weighted so they rolled really quickly. The white ball was called the jack ball and the aim of the game was to try to get our ball as close to that ball as we could.
Toni was really impressed with our listening and teamwork skills.
