As part of British Science Week we have been celebrating the diversity of our planet.
We looked at photographs of African animals that had coats or skin that helps them to blend into their surroundings and environment. This is called camouflaging and is one of the ways that some animals are adapted to live in their African habitat.
We then chose and used appropriate colours to colour in our butterflies so that they would be camouflaged and blend into a spot that we had chosen in the environment of our classroom.
